I've got a couple of these Magicshine clone lights. The both have an XM-L led emitter but the controllers are a little different.
Light one has high, low and strobe. Light two has high, medium and low.
Both lights on high draw 1A from a 7.4V supply.
Current draw
| Function | Light 1 | Light 2 |
| High | 1A | 1A |
| Medium | N/A | 0.5A |
| Low | 0.2A | 0.2A |
| Strobe | 0.5A | N/A |
A battery pack made from 2 of the new 3400mAh panasonic cells should power these lights on high for almost three hours.
